Douglas McGibbon and Co. are the Glasgow based sister company of Douglas Laing & Co. They are independent bottlers and blenders headed by brothers, Fred and Stewart Laing. The 'Provenance' collection bottled under the label ‘The McGibbons’ highlights the particular distillation of the seasons through Spring/Summer/ Autumn/Winter.
Appearance
Very light golden colour.
Nose
Light, clean and honey fresh/barley sugared with spices on the nose.
Palate
The aromas continue onto the palate. Round, sweet, still with that distinct honey influence.
Finish
Its finish is soft, smooth, sugary, succulent and slightly spiced.
